Dessert tacos are whatever anyone wants them to be. There's literally an entire counter devoted to them in the kitchen. Come - make what you like, serve it to whomever. The only rule is: It must be delicious.
These are definitely not "abuela made them" good, but my Spanish teacher in high school was actually from Puerto Rico and taught us how to cook a few things, including beef empanadas... and then I ended up messing with that base recipe to make other flavors.
