I do dig bean dip. Not so big on most mexican food - enhanced senses mean my mouth kind of hates spicy.

Yes and yes. The enchiladas aren't super spicy. I mean, I don't have enhanced senses or anything, so maybe the spice would bowl you over or something, but I think they're pretty much fantastic.

Mix it with sour stuff and some Grand Marnier and some triple sec and it's really good. But you can't forget the salt. The salt is key.
