There is a massive chocolate-on-chocolate sheet cake in the kitchen.

I know, I know - you're wondering why. Why is there a massive chocolate-on-chocolate sheet cake in the kitchen?

Because today is my birthday and I like celebrating in style. That's why.

So if you want some cake, come to the kitchen, it's fantastic.

Also, since it's my birthday and the tiny red Albanian who had the rocking party last week has set precedence, everybody has to dance with me.

And there's some other stuff here that won't make everybody go into a glucose-overdose, too, if you're less interested in the deliciousness of chocolate-on-chocolate cake and maybe more into something like fruit. Or carrots. But mostly you should come for the cake.

Yes, that was my criteria for describing you as odd this morning, but a great deal of chocolate, and to be fair, it took almost a full pan of very rich brownies the last time tends to make my precognition... work... badly. I think the last time I accused Remy of hoarding pink body armor in the trunk of his car.

Happy birthday to you! I found a Bea Arthur chess set you might like a little while ago, so I'll bring it with me. She's the queen, the king, and everything else in between. Some are Dorothy, some Maude, and at least one is the cantina lady in the Star Wars Holiday Special. Except the pawns. Those don't have her face, they're just the pawns.
