Today is National Taco Appreciation Day.

Okay, so I might've added the 'appreciation' part, but seriously, you gotta appreciate the tacos. To celebrate (and appropriately appreciate), I'm making tacos in the main kitchen. There are vegetarian options, since I'm conscientious like that, but there will definitely be beef. And probably chicken. If you want fish, you can bring your own.

Yes, and I've been told they can be delicious, but I don't really want any fish in the house tonight if people expect me to cook it. I don't cook fish well. It's a sad personal failing of mine.
