Thanksgiving's coming up and I don't know who all's going to still be here, but I thought I'd try to fry a turkey. So if you're going to be at the mansion on Thursday and want some food, stop by the kitchen. I'm going to be trying really hard not to blow anything up with this fryer thing I bought.

And hey, I have no idea how to make stuffing or half of the other stuff people usually eat around this time of year, so if you know how to make things like green bean casserole or whatever, you should make it and bring it. Kind of like a potluck feast that will last at least eight hours.

Also, football. On TV and possibly an actual game, if there are enough people who want to play.

Mostly, though, I just want to fry a turkey whole because how awesome is that?

As usual, vegetarian options are available, but I'm not frying tofurkey.

Sweet. Now I just need to convince some other people to get involved. Pretty sure Ramsey'd be down, if I can pull him away from his consoles.

I'd rather play hockey, but it's only just starting to get cold enough. But sounds like a fun time. I rarely turn down free food.

Hockey is for Christmas. Maybe we can get Drake to freeze the lake more so we can have a real game then or something.

I shouldn't hang around the mansion to eat but I can bring something by. I've been wanting to try making a fusion stuffing dish with Middle Eastern spices.

Also, if you make that stuffing, I will send you home with a really big piece of turkey or something. Why shouldn't you stay to eat?

I shouldn't stay to eat because I used to be involved with a guy at the mansion (he used to be called Nick but now he's going by the name of John) who suffered some amnesia last year and his doctors think him seeing me may cause him what they call "psychic trauma." So I'm at the mansion for training but I don't really hang around the public areas much. He's uneasy around all things electronic though which means he doesn't read the journals so I tend to virtually loiter around the journals more than I loiter around the mansion in person.

Aw, man. Deep-fried turkey is awesome, but I'm gonna be in Montana. Dori and I are driving cause my grandmom's like "I want to meet this new girlfriend!"
