Thanksgiving's coming up and I don't know who all's going to still be here, but I thought I'd try to fry a turkey. So if you're going to be at the mansion on Thursday and want some food, stop by the kitchen. I'm going to be trying really hard not to blow anything up with this fryer thing I bought.

And hey, I have no idea how to make stuffing or half of the other stuff people usually eat around this time of year, so if you know how to make things like green bean casserole or whatever, you should make it and bring it. Kind of like a potluck feast that will last at least eight hours.

Also, football. On TV and possibly an actual game, if there are enough people who want to play.

Mostly, though, I just want to fry a turkey whole because how awesome is that?

As usual, vegetarian options are available, but I'm not frying tofurkey.

I agree, but I am curious, which commandment do you think that tofurkey violates? Thou shalt not hold any false turkeysidols? Thou shalt not lie (about turkey)?

Not a commandment, perhaps, but I am quite sure I could find some law that applies.

Pity that. I was hoping it was perhaps "Thou shalt not covert thy neighbor's turkey."

I feel like you just combined 'covet' and 'convert' to make 'covert...' or you're talking about how people shouldn't make very stealthy turkeys, which okay, I can get behind that.
